Evolution is staffed with a very capable, talented, and respected
group of individuals. Each member of the staff brings to the table
a unique talent and area of expertise. Without this dedicated group,
Evolution Winter Guard would not be the organization that they are
today. Thank You.
Jessica
is the movement instructor and choreographer. She works
with both the 'A' and 'B' guards.
Bio:
I
feel out of place because I have NO marching experience
to report here! That’s right…none!! I
have however been dancing for 10 years (I took my
first official dance class on my 18th birthday). Dance
has become one of my passions in life and I can no
longer imagine my life without it. My formal dance
training comes from UWGB where I received my minor
in dance.
Since graduation, I have lived in a variety of locations around
the state of Wisconsin always finding a way to be involved
in dance. My most recent adventures have been teaching classes
at the Foerster Academy of Dance in Sheboygan, and the John
Michael Kohler Arts center. I am thrilled to be working with
the ladies and gentlemen of Evolution and look forward to
my first winter guard experience!
When I
am not dancing, I teach kindergarten for the Oostburg School
district. If you listen to me talk (and lets face it when
am I not talking!) you will not be a bit surprised that I
spend my day with 5 and 6 years olds. I love my kids and they
love me so you can see how this works out well for me.
Always
remember "If it was easy, then everyone would do it and
we wouldn't be special".
